STRANGE

On my Birthday, Donny and I roamed the streets of melbounre in the morning.. found a couple of really strange things happening! Not to sure about the statue. Two months later it remains like this... permanent?? Does anyone out there know anything about this? We believe the person belonging to these boots has been sucked away from existance.
